A real old school homebake treat, although not so much of a bake as an assembly of  luxury ingredients. We mix Belgian milk chocolate with real Irish butter, golden syrup and digestive biscuits and set in a cake tin for a super luxury treat. This cake is really rich so a little goes a long way.
