Our lemon Drizzle Tall tier nude cake is a refined expression of an old favourite. We bake 2 x rich madeira sponges and drench in zesty lemon syrup. We then ice and fill this gorgeous treat with lemon curd infused buttercream and Tier it high! We give it a smooth naked finish and top it with fruit. We prefer to use physalis as in the image above but garnish is always dependednt on what fruit is available at any given time.
